The Story of Snow Falling on Silence Having Joanne Robinson accompany my flutes with her Paraguayan harp was a delicious experience! Joanne is pure heart energy, and she glows when she plays her harp.  When I asked her to play the sound of snowflakes dancing, she was able to do that immediately. There is an effortless quality to this music that makes it ideal for massage, yoga and the healing arts. I use the symbolism of Winter to represent a time of rest, renewal and introspection. Snow Falling on Silence explores this experience, using snowfall as a metaphor for the inner journey. It is in this place of silence and deep peace that we can connect with Mother Earth and with our deepest vision for our lives. We can take the time to focus on why we are here and make choices that support our highest purpose with peace, compassion and bliss.
